Firefly is showing up in the tag set, but Torchwood isn't. And mine didn't show up in the tag set until they were approved, so I assumed that all of those are a go?

Dude, you'd think if Teen Wolf qualifies for this, then Torchwood certainly would. Just going off numbers on AO3, Torchwood has only a fraction (~6500) of Teen Wolf (~15000).
