day 2: mrs. bok choi
Day 2! Raspberry bok choi salad with a sandwich wrap.
Bok choi (best salad green ever), purple grapes, uncooked green beans, thyme, rosemary, dill, celery, mushrooms & light raspberry vinagrette. The kind I used is like - raspberry acai, and it's more like a sauce than a dressing, but whatever.
Then sandwich wrap with black forest ham, Wisconsin havarti herb (havarrrrrrti) and chipotle mayo in a blue corn & flaxseed tortilla. The chips are herb & parmesean Sun Chips. Dessert was sliced cara cara oranges dusted with sugar.

BOK CHOI: THE BOSS

HAVARTI HERB CHEESE FROM WISCONSIN: THE SECOND BOSS

basically my method is: whatever is crunchy and green in the fridge, throw it in.

hmmmmm.

I feel like the more colorful it is, the better it will taste.
Goddamn, you guys, goddamn.

also? I feel like the more colorful it is, the better it will taste. utterly true. my mom had a cookbook called the rainbow cookbook where you planned a balanced meal by trying to get all the colors on a plate.
